The DigitalEmployee Proof of Concept (PoC) is a structured, time-bound engagement that allows SMEs to experiment with a single, narrowly scoped digital employee designed to support repetitive knowledge tasks.
This product is not automation at scale.
It is a controlled learning exercise designed to help SMEs understand what can be digitized safely and what should not.
Who This Is For
This PoC is designed for SMEs that:

- Prefer supervised, incremental adoption over disruptive change
- Value governance, clarity, and accountability
No prior AI or technical expertise is required.
What Is a DigitalEmployee (in This PoC)
A digital employee is:
- Task-specific and rule-bound
- Configured for one clearly defined role only
- Trained solely on client-approved documents
- Always used under human supervision
A digital employee is not:
- A decision-maker
- A professional advisor (legal, financial, HR, etc.)
- A replacement for employees
Think of it as a junior support role with strict boundaries.
Roles Available for This PoC
Participating SMEs may select one of the following low-risk roles:
- Junior Data Analyst
- Operations Reporting Assistant
- Procurement Support Assistant
- Policy & SOP Assistant
These roles are selected because they are:
- Repetitive and rules-based
- Internally supervised
- Low discretion and low liability
